Kelli Bishop Staff Photo

Hello, my name is Kelli Bishop. I have been teaching since 2005 at Coker Elementary. I enjoy teaching and I look forward to another year at Coker.

I grew up in Murray County and graduated from Murray County High School in 1998. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from the State University of West Georgia in 2005.  I completed my Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Piedmont College in December of 2013. I completed my Education Specialist degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Piedmont College in May 2015.   I love teaching and am very blessed to be a part of this profession.

I love teaching my students and I have a wonderful time in my classroom! I am thankful for my job and love every minute of it! In my classroom, I want for every child to feel important and unique! I want my children to grow from my teaching; however, I know that my children will help me learn and grow as well! I am very blessed to have a job that I love and enjoy so much. My goal as a teacher is to make the children love my classroom as much as I enjoy teaching!

Our family has three dogs Trooper, Cookie, and Sophie. We enjoy spending our summers outdoors! I enjoy running, walking, watching movies, reading, and spending time with my friends and family. I am Georgia Bulldogs fan and a Braves fan!
